The challenge
Many people use one app for chat, another for video calls, something else for announcements and a calendar for meetings. A single project can end up spread across all of them.
Context gets lost along the way. A decision made on a call rarely finds its way back to the chat, and community organisers often have to talk to members in one place and broadcast from another.
Moving between tools breaks the conversation and leaves people unsure where a message went.
Action items agreed on a call can vanish if they never reach the original thread.
Open messaging apps attract spam and scams unless users have simple ways to block and report.
The solution
Direct and group chats carry text, voice notes, photos, files and reactions. Groups add mentions, threads and admin controls.
One tap turns a chat into an HD audio or video call, for two people or a whole group, on Wi-Fi or mobile data.

TalkMax runs on iPhone and iPad, Android phones and tablets, and in any web browser with no install. Threads and read state stay in sync as people switch between devices, so a conversation started on a phone can carry on in the browser without having to find the message again.
Meetings are scheduled inside the chat itself. A user picks a date and time, sends invites and gets automatic reminders, and guests join with one tap. Once the meeting ends, the recap, action items and replies stay in the same thread, so nobody has to look for them in another tool.
