All our current roles are office-based at our Rajkot office, so new team members get timely support and learn faster.
Our current roles are office-based in Rajkot, Gujarat, at TwinStar on the 150 ft Ring Road. We work in person because new team members learn faster that way. They get quick feedback, help when they're stuck and real working relationships with the people they build with.
The process has four steps. You apply, complete a practical task, meet the team at our Rajkot office and then get a clear answer. The task and the conversation focus on the work you would actually do. If it feels right on both sides, we walk you through the offer and next steps.
Everyone gets a capable workstation and the software their role needs, including AI-assisted tools where they make the work better. Good tools are only part of it. Teammates share context, review each other's work thoughtfully and help unblock one another, so you're rarely stuck on your own for long.
You grow through regular feedback, hands-on ownership and support from experienced teammates. As your skills develop, you take on harder problems and more responsibility, on client projects and on Coretus products such as LeoBrain and TalkMax.
