We remove personal data where needed, test the system for unsafe behaviour and align its controls with NIST AI RMF and the EU AI Act. Healthcare systems are built to HIPAA requirements, and an NDA can be signed before you share anything.
It depends on the use case, the state of your data and how many systems the AI must connect to. We start with one problem and build a working prototype on your real data before the production build. A scoped project can kick off in 1–2 weeks, and the prototype shows whether the full build is worth it.
Each managed squad has a flat monthly fee, so team costs are predictable and there are no hourly bills. Model and token usage is estimated separately when needed, because it depends on how much the system is used. Well-defined work can also be quoted as a fixed-scope project.
