The challenge

What was getting
in the way

First-time gold buyers often struggle to compare prices. A figure quoted in another currency needs converting, and the gold price can move between looking at a bar and paying for it.

Trust matters just as much. Terms like 999.9, assay card and cast or minted mean little to a newcomer, and sending a valuable parcel to a home address raises obvious questions about insurance and who signs for it.

  • Shifting totals

A price that moves during checkout makes it hard for a buyer to commit.

  • Doubts about authenticity

Without a clear link between a bar and its paperwork, a buyer has little to check.

  • Worries over delivery

High-value parcels need an insured route and a way to confirm who receives them.

The solution

What
we built

  1. 01

Rial pricing with a locked quote

A live gold price per gram runs across the store, and catalogue prices stay indicative. At checkout the buyer confirms a quote, which holds while they pay, so the total is fixed.

  2. 02

    A range sorted by weight

Buyers shop by size, from 1 g up to 100 g and beyond, including 1 oz and 10 tola bars. Each listing shows its weight, finish, purity and stock status.

    Authenticity and handover

An authenticity section explains assay cards, serial numbers and tamper-evident seals in plain terms. Buyers then choose insured delivery across Oman or collection with ID.

Before and after

Ask us on a call

Buyers create a locked quote. While browsing, every MatjarDhahab price is indicative and follows the live gold rate in Omani rials. At checkout, the buyer confirms a live quote that holds while they pay, so the total is fixed and doesn't change with the market during payment.

Sell precious metals with a price buyers can lock

If your store deals in goods whose value moves daily, we can build a checkout that gives buyers a firm total before they pay.
