SME lending: Credit decisions 4.2x faster
We built an underwriting workflow that combines banking and business data and applies clear lending rules. Straightforward applications are decided automatically, and borderline cases go to an underwriter.
We built AlgoSuccess, an algo trading platform in India with predefined strategies and detailed strategy data. Orders go through the user's own broker, and a paper mode lets people test first.

The challenge
Many people in India are curious about algorithmic trading but find it hard to judge a strategy. A single return figure says little about the drawdowns or the losing trades behind it.
There is also the question of where money sits. Users of any trading product want to know whether a platform holds their funds, and whether they can try a strategy without putting capital at risk.
A headline figure can hide long losing runs and large drawdowns.
Handing money to an unfamiliar platform is a real concern for retail users.
Using real capital on a strategy before seeing how it behaves adds avoidable risk.
The solution
The product presents a set of predefined strategies across market segments, so that users choose from a catalogue instead of coding their own rules.
Each strategy shows return on investment, maximum drawdown, total trades, wins, losses, win ratio, maximum gain and maximum loss, with returns by week, month and year.
Users link their own brokerage accounts, and orders are placed through them. Money and stocks stay in the brokerage account and never move to AlgoSuccess.
Key features
Users can review eight figures per strategy, including losses and maximum drawdown, and break returns down by week, month and year. Past figures do not predict future results.
Business impact
Losses shown with gains
Paper mode lets users watch a strategy without placing real orders, so they can take their time before making any decision.
Business impact
Test without real orders
The app connects to a user's brokerage account for order placement, and that account keeps hold of their funds and holdings.

These modules let a user review a strategy, test it on paper and then decide whether to link it to their broker.
Lists the predefined strategies available to each user.
Calculates and displays each strategy's figures across different time periods.
Sends orders through the brokerage accounts that users have linked.
Runs strategies without real orders, for users who want to test first.
No. AlgoSuccess places orders through the brokerage accounts that users link, so money and stocks stay in the user's own brokerage account. Nothing passes to AlgoSuccess itself. The trading risk still sits with the user, since investing in stocks, futures, options and ETFs is subject to market risk.
AlgoSuccess shows return on investment, maximum drawdown, total trades, wins, losses, win ratio, maximum gain and maximum loss for each strategy, plus returns by week, month and year. These figures describe past behaviour only. They do not predict future results, and this case study is not trading or investment advice.
Yes. AlgoSuccess has a paper mode for users who want to take their time before investing. It lets them follow a strategy with no real money involved. Paper results can differ from live trading, and anyone considering real trades should read the related documents or speak to a financial adviser.
If your product asks people to make money decisions, we can help you present the data and risks clearly, including the numbers that don't flatter.
